Refund policy

We understand that sometimes it is necessary to cancel a purchase, either for personal reasons, for our reasons (stock not available) or any other. If you decide to cancel your purchase within the processing period , no questions will be asked and you will receive a full refund .

The time in which the refund is reflected in your bank account (if your payment was by debit or credit card), may vary depending on your bank, but it will eventually be reflected in a period of 24 to 120 hours.

For cash payments

In case of being an offline payment (in cash, SPEI or cash deposit) this will require a longer time (5 to 10 business days) or you may be offered (if you prefer) a coupon with the total value of your purchase.

For canceled orders already shipped

In case your purchase has already been processed and shipped, unfortunately we can only make a partial refund of it, that is, the total of your products less the shipping cost . But for this, we must wait for you to reject the package , once it has been rejected and the parcel informs us that it is on its way back to us, we will proceed to make your refund without further complication.
